'Seller Identity Unlock Service' enables Buyers to access verified seller contact details and business profile information after completing payment to Kona Marketplace. Once payment is confirmed, seller details - including name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email address, business name and business address - are made available within the Kona App and are also sent to the Buyer's registered email address.

'Secure Deal Service' allows buyers and sellers to complet high-value jewellery transactions through Kona Marketplace in a controlled and secure manner. Under this service, the transaction is executed through Kona Marketplace's Own Offices or a secured places and ensuring payment handling, coordination and process control by the platform.

Seller Verification Service verifies Seller identity, business authenticity, documents, physical presence, business address and contact details to ensure secure and trustworthy marketplace participation.

'Product Verification Service' verifies the physical existance, quality, purity, authenticity, weight and description accuracy of jewellery products and reviews relevant purchase documents or ownership sources where available.

Temporary Custodial Service allows Sellers to place Jewellery Items under Kona Markerplace's Secure Custody (in a Trusted Commercial Bank) for transaction facilitation.
